How do I get my existing data in?
CSV import handles donors and donations from spreadsheets or another CRM, and we'll help you reformat your export to match — including a ready-made AI prompt that does most of the cleanup for you.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export everything — donors, donations, tags, reports — as CSVs from Settings at any time. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
Is my donor data used to train AI?
No. Eva runs read-only queries against your own database to answer your questions; your data is never used to train AI models, and Eva can't modify records.
Which states does Prospects cover?
Prospects is available for Idaho campaigns today, with more states on the way. Everything else in Donify works anywhere in the US.
How is my data secured?
Every campaign's data is isolated with database-level row security, access is role-based with admin controls, and every field-level change is captured in an audit log.
