Website Visitor Data

We may collect anonymized traffic data from visitors to our public-facing pages (e.g., homepage, pricing page) using analytics tools. This includes information like browser type, IP address, device type, referral source, and general geographic location inferred from IP.

Donor Information

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and edge functions
  • Anthropic — processes Eva assistant prompts and donation data context
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments
  • Google — validates donor street addresses via the Geocoding API
  • Resend — delivers transactional and notification emails

We may also disclose data when required by law (court orders, regulatory requirements).

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session and authentication state
  • Track feature usage anonymously for analytics
  • Store app preferences and UI configurations

Authorized members of the Donify team may access user and donor data solely for the purpose of providing technical support, debugging, or improving service quality. Access is restricted to essential personnel.

Donify is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Users

Donify is intended for use by U.S.-based users only. We do not knowingly market to or support users located outside the United States. By using this app, you confirm that you are located in the U.S. and agree to have your data processed and stored in the United States.

11. Campaign Compliance Disclaimer

While Donify provides tools to manage donation data, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal campaign finance laws. We do not offer legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.
